We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive Joglosemar to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude o0f challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Visiting property projects and developers around Joglosemar based on set target per week

- Updating information in the existing database according to current status of the project

- Registering new project not listed yet in the database

- Collect contact numbers of decision maker to offer a proposal from Agent

- Responsible in submitting information to Head Office for project registration with details as follows:

• compiling
• verifying accuracy and sorting information of projects visited
• Submit the updated information of projects according to set template

Qualifications:

- Experience + 1 years

- Have their own vehicle and able to drive (Motorcycle preferred)

- Have a vehicle driving license

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

- Extensive sales experience.

- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

- Professional yet affable disposition.

- Neat, well-groomed appearance.

- Great networking skills.

- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
