Qulification :

• Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering or other related field.
• 7 years of experience in Quality Control/ Quality Assurance

in Textile Industry/Mill required.

• Good communication skills, English Presentations
• Computer Skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong in project management - which involves planning, administering and completion.
• Basic Business Acumen
• Confident to rule

Job Description

This role is responsible but not limited to :

1. Maintain the quality standard of the products (textiles) according to the regulation and other requirements.
2. Analyses and review the policies, regulation, customer and supplier standards.
3. Act as interface between customer and highly complex facility to review product performance, conduct quality, review 3rd party certification and respond to customers questions and complaints.
4. Ability to handle global customers
5. Plan, coordinate and direct all quality, regulatory and textile safety programs and management of change programs within one or more location.
6. Build and develop an effective, competent and engaged workforce in the facility of quality organization
7. Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) system
8. Accountable for the selection, training development, performance management and engagement of direct reports.
9. Willing to be placed in Karawang Timur - Jawa Barat
