Lowongan PROJECT MANAGER di PT Alsindo Pratama Nusantara

QUALIFICATION

1.  Minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree or Equivalent
2. Minimum 10+ years oil and gas experience with at least 5+ years of experience as Project Manager for an Operator (preferred) or oilfield service main contractor.
3. The Candidate will have knowledge and direct work experience is preferred in Artificial Lift especially Electric Submersible Pump
4. Preferably having a Professional qualification (PMP or AACE) Certificate
5. Strong project management capability particularly in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
6. Having good strategic planning skill, well-structured and well organized
7. Advance communication skills. Able to manage and motivate people at all levels, from staff to subcontractors
8. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary activities and in intercultural environments
9. Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levels
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization
11. Fluency in written and spoken English
12. Excellent project management skills - with the ability to identify critical path issues and develop solutions to keep a program on track
13. Solid leadership skills, mentoring, and coaching
14. Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience
