Requirement:

1. Have minimum 5 years of related experience in sales with proven track record (especially from heavy equipment/automotive/spare part sector)
2. Have minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor or higher position
3. Aggressive on target, professional, and result oriented
4. Fluent in spoken and written in English
5. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Analytical skill
6. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
7. Excellent industry knowledge
8. Relevant problem solving and analytical skill to deliver customer-focused solutions and detail oriented
9. Ability to work and communicate in group or individual
10. Meet time and deadlines
11. Preference will be given to those who: can join early

Role and Responsibility:

1. Develop and manage account to increase sales performance and customer acquisition
2. Identify, execute, and drive new business opportunities
3. Developing quotes and proposal to client
4. Making weekly, monthly, report to Marketing Manager and Director
