Job description:

• Responsible for all stock related matter
• Monitoring stock level/movement (on pre-load order)
• Prepare and submission of POS reports to vendor
• Process stock adjustment
• Ensure accuracy of stock value
• Assisting in month end closing and year end audit
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
• Able to protect and handle sensitive, confidential information
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skill
• Punctual, reliable, and agile with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Competent in English with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Ms Excel
• Good working attitude and team player
• Minimum three (3) years of experience within an accounting and finance function required
