Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, with minimum GPA 3.00 From reputable University
• Working Knowledge GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Priciples)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Software : Word, Excel, Power Point, Accounting Software
• Strong Numeracy & Analytical skills
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Highly organized and detail organized
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

Job Description:

• Ensure Transaction are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
• Manage the Filing
• Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
• Processing bank deposits
• Reconciling financial statements
• Prepare, send and store invoices
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
• dentify and address discrepancies
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
