Duties and Responsibilities

• Create realistic looking designs of footwear products and for flattening the styles for development
• Visualize a design for appraisal and the transfer of the design
• Develop, confirm and commercialize new products in the most cost effective manner possible
• Maintain and update the Crispin pattern systems to include the hardware, software and the maintenance of component systems already in-house

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have footwear engineering experience
• Experience of 3D CAD/Digital creation an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people
• Bilingual in English and Indonesia or Mandarin.
