Job Description:

• Prepare and provide technical solution to ensure the operation according to the standard (during development stage).
• Control Injection Process Conditions/Parameters and check if they follow the Standards. 
• Maintain and update the Project in the Master Data and ensure that all information’s in the Master Data are following the latest update of internal process.
• Ensure that all Engineers and Technicians follow up and improve their assignment.
• Conduct regular trainings for the Injection Engineers and Technicians.
• To make the trial (mold, material) for any improvement.
• Check material usage, reject rate report and follow up if something not normal in the report.
• Daily communication with related department about the issue
• Supervise daily activities of Injection Engineering Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic from technical background
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (RnD / Development / Production Engineer / Injection Plastic Company)
• Understanding APQP / FMEA Cycle on product development process
• Basic plastic injection process
• 4M and FMEA of product trial / development documentation
• Root cause analysis on product development
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and PPT)
