Lowongan TC/COI Handler (Textile) di PT Pcu Indonesia

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in textile engineering or equivalent.
• Preferable having 1 years working experience in maintaining project administration or related field.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• High initiative, diplomatic, organized, observant, tenacious, being bold, good adaptability skill.
• Able to work under pressure, in a small team and independently with people from different cultural background, and able to multi-tasking.
• Have basic IT skills (word, Excel, Power Point), persistent and accurate in the assigned work, cooperative and proactive.
• Preferably available immediately for this position.
• Office based position.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Being able to communicate with internal and external parties (Indonesian and overseas colleagues and clients).
• Handling TC/COI for Textile Certification.
• Coordination with another colleague; within TC department and Textile Dept.
• Delivery suffice information about any update regulation to client or other colleague, including training in case necessary and capable.
• Submitting daily report (TC progress) to TC coordinator.
• Working independently based on instructions of the above tasks.
• Able to delivery the service in good manner, good timeline and good quality.
