Primary responsibilities: 

• Handling global customers
• Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via email, phone, and online community involvement.
• Gathering market trends and customer information to promote hosting solutions to prospects.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and help SMEs with Business Digital Transformation.
• New business leads penetration & business opportunity evaluation
• Actively get new customers and new sales.
• Prepare quotations competently.
• Process new orders proficiently.
• Follow-ups with the customers consistently.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Formulate and document product positioning and go-to-market plans
• Develop and implement management processes and reporting
• Develop and document business and/or sales and marketing plan
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree; in Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
• Preferably with onsite experience in Singapore
• Fluently in English is a Must
• Kindly take your JELA test at JobStreet to validate your English skill
• Possessing Computer Knowledge and Internet Know-How is a Plus.
• Knowledge of WordPress and website building is a Plus.
• A can-do attitude is a must.
• Positive mindset, proactive & team player.
• Has good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant.
• Fresh graduates interested to work in a sales environment are encouraged to apply.
• Age under 35 years old
• Domicile in Yogyakarta
