Lowongan Area Sales Manager for Sumatera (Medan base) di PT Samsonite Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Supervise operational day to day of each store and make sure SOP to be run smoothly.
• Sales analyze for respective area
• Responsible on the achievement of area sales target
• Area store visit (to assure products are displayed as per guidelines and store check list are checked).
• To maintain relatioship with partners (Dept. Stores, Landlords, etc.).
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
• Regularly prepare Weekly Sales Report (WSR)
• Product consolidatin & maintaning base stock.
• Coordination with other Dept. for example: with VM Team about POP and layout, with Marketing Team about sales promotion/event, etc.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree at any field
• Self motivated with minimum 5 years experience in retail industry
• Computer literate
• Willing to travel
• Good command in English (both written and oral)
• Sales oriented
