Job Description :

• Ensure the implementation of SOP related to product quality in the processing factory.
• Working with QC and the production team to monitor and report the quality of products produced at the processing factory.
• Following up and working with related departments if there is any quality issue in the processing factory.
• Working with other QA teams to develop SOP, WI, make forms, or any other documents related to product quality.
• Maintaining factory certification and quality reports.
• Assist auditor during visits and audits.
• Conduct Quality training in the processing factory.

Requirments :

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years Diploma in Food Science/tech.
• Age not more than 30 years
• Prefere live in Semarang
• 5 years experience in the relevant area : Quality assurance, preferably in the FMCG Food Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and email Outlook.
• Has strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety audit certification such as BRC; packaging regulation.
• Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels
• Problem-solving, strong critical, conceptual, and analytical thinking.
• Able to speak English
