JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitoring daily bank statements and making accurate records related to customer payments;
- Contacting customers regarding their overdue payments;
- Issue a warning letter to the customer regarding overdue payment;
- Prepare invoice to the customer;
- Preparing documents needed for a mortgage;
- Supporting in new bank cooperation process;
- Monitoring collection, outstanding, disputes from customers;
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager;
- Age maximum 35 years old ;
- Good at written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Minimum of Senior High School degree (SMA/SMK);
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field;
- Basic knowledge of the property industry would be advantageous;
- Proficient in Ms Excel & Ms Word;
- Attention to detail, fast learner & communicative;
- Good at problem-solving, time management skills, and good teamwork.
