Lowongan Sales Manager di PT Advanced Specialty Chemicals Indonesia

1. Identify the potential customers who use adhesives and specialty chemicals
2. Determine the market size and strategy to grow market share
3. Set the sales target for each salesman
4. Manage the sales team to ensure the target achievement, including training and coaching
5. Visit customers to ensure the target achievement
6. Collaborate with other functions, such as Technical Service, Operation, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the smooth supply to customers
7. Ensure the compliance to all company standards and procedures

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor in Science/Engineering/Economy with preference in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
2. Have 5 or more year experience in selling industrial products, preferable in adhesives or chemicals.
3. Maximum age is 40 years.
4. Attractive and good in presentation skill.
5. Persistent, target oriented, have good communication and interpersonal skill.
6. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written, good in Mandarin or Japanese will be an advantage.
7. Able to convince potential customer based on value selling instead of fighting on price.
8. Have positive and growth mindset with entrepreneur passion.
9. Good leadership and management skill.
10. Willing to travel around Indonesia and overseas.
11. Flexible working time, including weekend, if needed.
12. Have driving license (SIM A).
