Lowongan Process Engineer di PT Everpro Indonesia Technologies

Responsibility:

• Define assembly line process, provide process improvement solution to enhance product yield and work efficiency.
• Positively participate the continuous improvement activities in the workshop.
• Responsible for product document (standard operation procedure, process flow chart, etc.) preparation & revise.
• Responsible for the new product introduction to product line and training operators.
• Follow up plant scrap/IPQC issues/OQC issues, provide analysis and take useful countermeasures.
• Beside the tasks assigned by the superior, can proactively seek the extra activity and gain personal development on aspects of Process knowledge.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or electronics, tele-communication or related.
• 3+ years’ experience in product process development and maintenance, especially in optical communication or optical patch cord,
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and solve problems with professional solutions
• Good at oral and written English, familiar with MS office. Mandarin speaker is preferred
• Positive attitude to handle all challenge situation
