Job Description:

• Analyze process condition and productivity in current production line
• Identify, plan and executive productivity improvement activity (Quality, safety, energy)
• Support customer claim and problem solving in production process
• Design and preparation of new production process or production line
• Prepare required documents and activity for new model (FMEA, DR, MAXTRY, PCDT.etc)
• Direct Communication with DNJP, Customer and Supplier to solve the problem
• Identify item, plan and execute cost down activity for direct & indirect material
• Identify item, plan and execute Quality improvement activity
• Handling of internal and external audit (IATF and Safety)
• Give direction and support to subordinate in daily work
• Handling, control and monitoring related new process 
• coordinate with subordinates, superiors and other sections related to work.
• coordinate with suppliers and other sections related to process design and improvement
• coordinate with customers or DENSO OGC related job work

Competency Required:

• Can Write & understand drawing, check machinery condition, process design
• Able to create reporting using Ms. Office

Skill Required:

• English min. Intermediate level, good communication skill, pro-active, discipline

Education Required:

• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Fresh graduate are welcome
