Lowongan Export - Import Coordinator (Freight Forwarder) di PT Fastrans Logistik Indonesia

Hallo Job Seekers, PT. Fastrans Logistik Indonesia Group is opening job vacancy as Export and Import Coordinator with the following criteria :

REQUIREMENT :

1. Hold minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university
2. Having PPJK Certificate is an advantage
3. Understand the customs regulation process and Freight Forwarder
4. Minimum 3 years experience in Freight Forwarder
5. Mastering with Customs Regulations related to export - import and PLB
6. Understand about handling document Export and Import
7. Mastering with PMK 272 or PMK 28 Regulation
8. Have good relations and communication with Customs  
9. Understand about Export and Import Licensing
10. Able to speak English in Excellent Level
11. Willing to work in West Jakarta or Tangerang area

RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Monitoring documents about BC 4.0 BC 2.7, BC 3.3
2. Doing administrative process in the CEISA Application
3. Checking the completeness of customer customs documents
4. Conducting inspections, processing of customs documents
5. Drafting the PIB on the corresponding Customs module
6. Coordinating with related department for PIB document management
7. Prepare documents related to the PPJK process
