JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sourcing for suppliers of consumable products / general supplies / MRO products (local or overseas)
- Setting & monitoring the schedule of PO & deliveries (to local or overseas customers)
- Assure the goods delivered are met with the required specification and on-time delivery
- Checking compliance of deliveries with PO & transport documents
- Build intense communication with the sales department
- Gathering and analyzing purchasing data and handling supplier invoices and delivery note
- Price negotiation and getting a competitive price for products purchased
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree of any major
- Experience in the same position as purchase >4 years
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Excellent analytical thinking and analyze data
- Basic communication skill in English or Korean is an advantage
- Familiar with ERP/SAP
- Have good communication skills
- Candidate who experiences in MRO/general products is preferably
- Willing to work at MM2100 Industrial Park Cibitung Cikarang Barat
