  1. Responsible for increasing the online traffic, web shop revenue, and web leads for a product line.
  2. Research, understand, and interpret the needs of buyer personas for a product line in a variety of industries.
  3. Deeply understand key industries and how your product line brings specific benefits to each.
  4. Align web pages to the needs of the buying personas to convert traffic into online customers.
  5. Increase traffic to web pages by executing email and social media campaigns while assisting with advertising campaigns.
  6. Systematically survey web visitors and online shoppers to gather actionable feedback.
  7. Regularly report on traffic, revenue, and lead performance to marketing and sales leadership.
  8. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  9. Curate all assets on YouTube channel for igus® product.
  10. Create posts about igus® product line on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
  11. Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  12. Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
  13. Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
  14. Conduct research on market trends, brands audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  15. Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team. 16. As this position develops, the employee maybe assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the management.
