Lowongan Sample Developer & Pattern Maker di PT Bali Busana Kreasi

We are on the hunt for a Junior Technical Garment to join our Product Development Team

Here's what the role will involve:

1. Develop samples / product range for each seasons starting from :

• Received design sketches or inspo picture from designer team including prints artwork, fabric and color detail.
• Handover design complete with block suggestion to vendor with target deadline schedule.
• Communicate with vendor for details needed on sample.
• Follow up sample from vendor to be sent to Bali on time
• Making sure the sample to be fitted and making comments in case any changes or wrong pattern block and send them back to vendor
• Servicing sample for shoot if needed.
• Understand basic patterns and make patterns in clothes & size grading.
• Fabric knowledge would be advantage

1. Responsible in keeping the compatibility between design with the final product sample and final product bulk.
2. Responsible in technical spec sheet for sample approved.
3. Making pattern if needed.

 Requirements and Qualifications:

• Candidate must have at least Diploma / Academy Fashion Design or equivalent.
• Experienced in production, development, or related experience in pattern making
• Excellent technical knowledge of pattern making
• Mastering the process of developing fashion product.
• Fluent in English, good communication / presentation skills
• Ability to work well within team
• A flexible & resilient approach to work with the ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced and often demanding environment
• Strong urge of accomplishment, willing to give input & share knowledge regarding patterns.
• Familiar with google slide &spreadsheets
• Observant & critical
• Understanding and being able to sew are additional point
• Can start working immediately
