Hanwha Life Insurance, a most rapid growth Korea Life Insurance in Indonesia is now looking for Legal and Compliance Senior Supervisor / Assistant Manager level. The position requires the talent to posses requirement as follows :
- To assist and support the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Secretary Department in delivery of advices on legal aspects within the Company's management and operational activities, especially relating to corporate and commercial legal aspect.
- To do drafting, reviewing and complete analysis towards legal aspect of Company's agreements (especially in the Commercial Legal Agreement), insurance product, correspondence and documents according to prevailing laws and regulations, to be delivered in timely manner, and to do good administration on the involved documents.
- To deliver and provide good handling on Company’s legal issues, such as in doing research and preparing Legal Opinion or providing legal advices to user.
- To prepare analysis from legal perspective and assessment on Company's legal interest required by the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Secretary Department in providing and delivering adequate legal advices on any emerging cases.
- To be involve in company’s new initiative and project (such as M&A) and provide technical guidance and oversight in terms of legal requirements, including doing research and providing advise to the senior management on core corporate legal matters relating thereto until the completion
- To assist in the regulatory compliance:
a.   To do gap analysis, identification of required actions, assistance for related department, and monitoring towards the prevailed implementation on regular basis in order to provide assurance on fulfillment of Company's compliance towards applicable laws and regulations, including to provide socialization to C-levels and all employees on the newly issued regulations.
b.   To prepare required policies, strategy and guidelines for establishment, enforcement and maintenance over Company's culture of compliance, core values, ethical behaviour and resilience to fraud, including to deliver programed trainings of awareness and socializations for employees and agents.
c.    To be in charge for monitoring and maintain timely reporting to OJK and relevant government institution.
d.   To review Company's agreements, insurance product, correspondence, and documents to be in line with OJK Regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor (S1) in all major, preferably in Law
- Minimum 3 years working experience in financial industry, preferably also having experience in the law firm
- Having knowledge in preparing training materials related with culture reshaping (able to use Ms. Powerpoint)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint
