Required skills and qualifications :

• Max 28 (F).
• Good looking and proportion.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must.
• Have a good manner and personality
• Excellent in interpreting (speech) and translating (written).
• Strong logical ability and strong structured thinking.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill.
• Responsible, self-motivated, attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work.
• Preferable experience in secretarial/personal assistant.

Jobdesc :

• Interpret for various meetings, events and interviews.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of internal/external meetings/events.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to support Director.
• Support Director in arranging the schedule, including arrange complex and detailed business trip itineraries.
• Processing/coordinating confidential information related to business and management.
• General administrative support such as phone calling, emailing, copying, and similar work.
• Other related work assigned by the Director if necessary.
