Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the recruitment of the company's personnel, perform recruitment according to the company's human needs and implement the recruitment tasks;
2. Responsible for the management and implementation of employee entry, resignation, regularization, post adjustment and salary adjustment;
3. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of various training and evaluation programs of the company;
4. Prepare and revise the company system and the disposal of labor contracts in accordance with the Indonesian "Labor Law";
5. Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and social security policies, responsible for employee attendance, salary calculation and payment, personal tax and social security issues.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or business management;
2. Over 30 years old;
3. More than 5 years working experience in large-scale manufacturing companies with more than 500 people
4. Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage
5. Proficient in using various office software;

工作职责：

• 负责公司人员招募，根据公司人力需求执行招聘并落实招聘任务的达成；
• 负责员工入职、离职、转正、调岗调薪等相关事务的管理和实施；
• 负责公司各类培训和考评方案制定和实施工作；
• 根据印尼“劳工法”编制、修订公司制度和劳动合同的处置；
• 熟悉印尼劳动法和社保政策，负责员工的考勤、薪酬计算和发放、个税以及社保问题的办理。

岗位资格：

• 本科以上学历，人力资源或企业管理等相关专业；
• 30岁以上；
• 有5年以上500人以上规模制造业公司工作经验（中资公司背景最佳）；
• 流利的书面和口语中文及英语沟通能力；
• 熟练运用各种办公软件；
