As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our B2B E-Commerce operations in Indonesia. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
• Identify and target potential clients, establish partnerships, and negotiate agreements to drive revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Implement sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing plans and promotions for B2B customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team, driving them towards achieving sales objectives.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's professional growth and success.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the B2B E-Commerce & FMCG sector.
• Experience cover Jabodetabek area
• In-depth understanding of B2B E-Commerce & FMCG dynamics, industry trends, and best practices.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with key accounts.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
