Lowongan Senior Manager - Human Resource di PT Skyreach

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search & recruit new candidates according specialization needed
• Work with legal team & accounting team to define procedures and benefits for employees
• Prepares all necessary employee administration & paperwork
• Defines, implements, monitors & reports KPI to the management
• Develop & maintain good communication between employee & management
• Socializes clear objective for policies implementation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum education background in Psychology and/or Human Resource
• At least 5 years of experience in related field (preferable experiences in ICT industry)
• Last employment position should be in the senior management level
• Experience in psychological-test & KPI implementation
• Fluent in communication Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Mastered government regulation related to labor & employment.
