Lowongan Sales Engineer (Top Hammer & Rotary Drills, Stone Crushers & Stone Breakers) di PT Marton Tekindo Abadi

As a sales engineer, you will be placed in one of these divisions once you are accepted into the team:

1. Drilling Division (Top Hammer & Rotary Drills,and Drilling Accessories)
2. Crushing Division (Stone Crushers, Breaker and Accessories)

As a sales engineer, you will be expected to:

1. Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities 
2. Manage customer relationships by proactively communicating with customers about their current needs and to propose a suitable solution with a focus on the value-added aspect of the proposition
3. Assess customer's credit and financial capability through observing and understanding their business flow and operations
4. Close deals through skilled negotiations 
5. Foster a strong relationship with machine end users by regularly visiting customers' sites 
6. Follow up with customers and end-users on the performance and condition of units/accessories that are sold
7. Follow up on deliverables to ensure payment is made on time according to payment term
8. Keep track of competitor's movement in the market and the market share development 

Based on your daily activities and prospects, you will be required to:

1. Provide daily report about customer calls, meetings and visits 
2. Update Customer database with all important contact details
3. Create sales forecast

Requirements:

• Experience in Heavy Equipment Sales Minimum 2 year 
• Bachelors Degree (S1)
• Fluent in Bahasa and English 
• Possess Drivers License 
• Has own vehicle (car/motorcycle)

Notes: Your performance and work discipline will be assessed by the management after a 3-month probation period.
