Lowongan Building Maintenance & Engineering Leader di PT Ct Advance Technology

Duties and responsibilities :

1.      Making work programs or work programs regarding building management and maintenance.

2.      Estimating time and budget for building maintenance

3.      Creating a team and organizational structure for building management

4.      Create work standards or SOPs for an assessment reference.

5.      Coordinating work with the head of the engineering department, and the housekeeping department, as well as the financial administration department.

6.      Making schematic drawings and RAB for the construction of new buildings

7.      Establishing a vision for building management with an orientation towards the company's mission.

8.      Making regular and incidental reports

9.      Ensuring that all building facilities are running normally and in accordance with their functions

10.   Ensuring everything is safe and in accordance with security feasibility.

11.   Always supervise the projects being worked on.

12.   Responsible for all daily operational activities throughout the area, including engineering, housekeeping and security.

13.   Controlling and monitoring the implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance, complaints and occupant requests.

14.   Ensure all areas comply with health and safety standards.

15.   Carry out daily inspections.

16.   Create an annual budget.

Requirement :

·    At a minimum. S1 Electrical/Mechanical/Civil

·    Experience working in the field of building maintenance & engineering in a property management / developer company

·    Experience in the same field min.10 years

·    Experience leading a Building Management and Engineering team

·    Willing to work in the field
