Job description :

1. Manage all Distribution Center (DC) operations under its control.

• Ensure completeness of vehicle readiness units

• Responsible for the quality and quantity of units and drivers in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Responsible for achieving SLA

• Responsible for unit and driver utilization

2. Coordinate with PIC customers related to:

• Build and maintain good relationships

• Delivery schedule and route

• Problems in delivery

• Draft Invoice that must be signed

3. Supervise, coach and evaluate the work of the team below

4. Provide suggestions for improvements for operational effectiveness and efficiency in OP if found

5. Sales and Daily Task

a.      Check the condition of the vehicle.

b.     Carry out regular vehicle maintenance.

c.      Coordinate with the repair shop when servicing the vehicle.

d.     Look for another rental car vendor if all the units have been ordered

e.     Coordinate with admin for order recording

f.       Perform daily operational tasks in accordance with company procedures and standards.

g.      Ensure that all operational activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations.

h.     Pay attention to and record the number of existing vehicle units

i.        Make operational reports periodically (daily, weekly, monthly).

j.       Make travel or official documents when needed.

k.      Create general company SOPs.

l.        Develop and monitor policies related to personnel, finances, or supplies.

m.   Manage operational documents and data, including inventory, production records, and shipping documents.

n.     Carry out quality checks on the products or services produced before they are sent to customers.

o.     Ensure that operational equipment, machines or work equipment function properly and are in a safe condition.

Have SIM A

Hard worker and understands car maintenance

Dexterous in carrying out field work

Understand Google Sheets operations

Able to work with targets
