Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least a (Degree/Diploma) or equivalent in Accounting-Economic field
• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply, one to three years of work experience in a related field preferred
• Must have basic spoken and written in English
• Must have fluent spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia
• Must have advanced experience with (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping
• Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined is a Must
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Willing to travel Domestic
• Have SIM C is a must and SIM A is preferable

Job Description:

1. Able to perform bookkeeping and general accounting
2. Admin Invoice / Faktur / Faktur Pajak dan pengiriman dokumennya
3. Admin pencatatan Account Receivable / Payable and Customers data update
4. Perform invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
5. Verify claims and process orders and deposit slips
6. Admin Voucher Pembayaran dan Penerimaan
7. Admin Inventory update BO-BI
8. Admin Sales Report, AR Report / AP Report
9. Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
10. Perform clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
