Job Description:

1. Develop and communicate a clear creative vision and strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives.
2. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into creative concepts.
3. Oversee the development of visual elements such as logos, graphics, layouts, and other design assets that maintain brand consistency and enhance brand identity.
4. Ensure that all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
5. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create effective and impactful advertising and marketing campaigns.
6. Develop concepts that effectively communicate messages and drive engagement across various platforms and media.
7. Review and approve final creative materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in the creative process.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of working experience as a creative director.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or Communication, and another relevant field.
3. Solid understanding of design and every aesthetic aspect (typography, layout, and prototyping). Have in-depth knowledge of brand development, know how to make the brand more loved and cross-functional integrated marketing models (includes advanced digital marketing channels)
4. Highly experienced Brand and Visual Communications Planning Expert: you would already have a proven great portfolio of work across the spectrum of communications: in this hiring process, we will be requesting your portfolio, and applicants without a portfolio will be ignored.
5. A digital and social savvy that keeps up with emerging creative trends and disruptions across a wide spectrum of marketing thinking, culture, and technologies and is able to give a clarity of ideation on how they could create business impact for our clients.
6. A team player. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and emotional Bahasa Indonesia and English.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast paced, agency environment.
8. Experienced in building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high-performing creative teams.
9. Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta.
