We are seeking an experienced and dedicated PIC to help the Assistant Store Manager manage our retail store. A team member who is friendly, energetic, and shines bright in the midst of the store. A person who is passionate about retail and the Korean Pop industry, very helpful, knows about Visual Merchandise, and reporting, and is willing to collaborate with the KWANGYA JAKARTA team.

Responsibilities:

● Helping the Assistant Store Manager related to any retail reports.

● Display and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily including the visual report.

● Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, and shelf stockers.

● Greet, interact, and monitor customers.

● Receive customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise.

● Help customers with billing and payment processes at the store's counter.

● Maintain the store's outlook by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise on the shelves.

● Performs other related duties as requested.

Requirements:

● A bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

● Minimum 3 years experience in the Retail Industry as a Shopkeeper PIC / Store Supervisor.

● Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent customer service skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint), Google Sheets basic formulas, and basic administration.

● Can operate POS system.

● Detail-oriented.

● Ability to work flexible hours.
