Lowongan HRD & GA Manager di PT Bonecom Tricom

Job Responsibility:

-Manage HRD operations and processes

-Manage general affairs in the factory

-Review and maintain existing SOP

-Prepare strategic Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Development Program

-Supervising day to day operational in HRD & GA

-Fully responsible for the training

-Comprehends corporate legal works & documents

Requirement:

-Age between 40 – 45 years old

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Law, Management or equivalent.

-At least 5 years of working experience in the related field

-Communicative and active

-Good negotiation skill

-Mature, good personality, honest, friendly, high motivated, loyal and creative

-Able to work independently with minimum supervison, tight deadline and underpressure

-Knowledge of HR system and databases

-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all level of the company

-Certified MSDM

-Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang (MM2100)
