- Understand Accounting Flow (journal entry and verification to related supporting documents)

- Performing regular Reconciliation to financial statement (petty cash, etc)

- Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department

- Creating Purchase Order Office Equipment

- Maintaining Office Equipment Stock

- Preparing Expense Data (Entertainment, Car service, etc)

- Enter key data of financial transactions (outgoing payment and journal entry) into the database (SAP)

- Preparing bill payment submissions 

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics major in Accounting

- Have a minimum 2 year of experience

- Familiarity with SAP Accounting software and program is a plus

- Highly detail-oriented and organized

- Able to work in timely manner and meet the deadline
