Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of food in a timely manner and overseeing kitchen assistants with ingredients preparation and storage
Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
Train new kitchen staff
Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformity with established standards
Explain and enforce hygiene and food safety regulations and food quality
Demonstrate and help maintain high levels of services

Job Requirements:

Candidate must have at least a , or equivalent in a related field
2 years of work experience in a related field preferred / Fresh graduate welcome
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to make good food consistently, even in a busy kitchen
Comfortable to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Good punctuality and attendance
Maximum age 30 years old
Minimum Senior High School Graduated
