SUMMARY POSITION :

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

·        Organize and maintain personnel records

·        Maintain employee records, schedules, and time sheets

·        Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

·        Prepare HR documents, like employment letter and new hire guides

·        Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

·        Create regular reports HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

·        Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

·        Assist payroll supervisor by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

·        Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

·        Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

·        Promote a positive company culture

·        Support staff with benefits administration

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION :

·        Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

·        Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS

·        Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

·        Minimum education S1 Psychology / S1 HR Management

·        Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

·        Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

·        BS in Human Resources or relevant field
