Minimum bachelor’s degree, majoring social science and from reputable university will be an advantage.
Active English communication skills, written and verbal.
Proven 10 years of experience in similar positions.
Able to oversee of Corporate Social Responsibility objectives that include planning, implementing, and monitoring community development and livelihood restoration programs that are sustainable.
Identify sustainability improvement opportunities with a particular focus on local community and collaborating across the organization to implement.
Create program framework, guidelines related to sustainability programs for community.
Establish, maintain, and enhance harmonious relationship between Company and local communities / local government / local non-governmental organizations.
Strong ability to program manage, multi-task, analyze, and coordinating ongoing programs.
Experienced handling conflict resolution in the foster groups.
Has proven experiences in outreach, strategic partnership, community engagement and facilitation with multiple stakeholders.
Has proven experience in developing and maintaining sustainable programs and sustainability report that are accordance to the compliance of PROPER certification will be an advantage.
