Lowongan Fit Out Supervisor di PT Pacific Place Jakarta

Main Accountabilities:

1) Provide direction, carry out inspections and provide responses to the design drawings received from the tenant so that the proposed design complies with the Standard Design Regulations (guidelines) for fitting out at Pacific Place.

2) Coordinate with related departments in the context of carrying out fitting out and civil works so that the work can be in accordance with the plan and completed on time.

3) Monitor and check the progress of tenant fitting out work carried out by tenant contractors and civil work carried out by subcontractors so that it runs according to the approved plans, according to the planned schedule.

4) Recommend contractors, provide technical explanations and check price offers submitted by contractors – both fit out and civil work – so that they are in accordance with the design plans and volume of work that has been made.

5) Create and propose alternative solutions to superiors if you encounter technical or administrative problems with tenants or contractors so that problems can be resolved properly.

6) Carrying out administrative tasks (minutes and work reports) so that all work is well documented.

Requirement:

• S1 (interior design / Architect / Civil)
• 1 year as fit out coordinator
• Can read and analyze work drawings and designs
• Advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Attention to detail
• Leadership Skills
