JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Find new variety product (seed research and breeding)
• Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Oversee complex research projects, analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Min Post graduated of Agriculture/Agrotechnology/Plant Breeding majoring in Seed Breeding/pest and plant diseases/Molecular Genetic/Bioinformatic/ Molecular biology
• Preferable have experience in similar position, but fresh graduated are welcome
• Understand and able to use Bioinformatics software
• Have research in Plant Breeding/pathology/molecular genetic topics or thesis
• Good Communication, good analytical & dynamic
• Preferable have driving license (SIM A/C)
• Willing to travel
• Ready to work on wekdays or publict holiday if needed
• Ready to work at Purwakarta and Lembang– West Java
• Ready to join ASAP
