Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure the success of projects.
• Assign Projects to Project Managers.
• Define departmental expectation with team members and stakeholder.
• Evaluate feasibility of projects.
• Evaluate and manage project risks.
• Prepare and report on project team’s progress on a regular basis.
• Hands-on management of complex, high-value or high-risk projects.
• Accountable for the performance of the team.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Participate in the “Solutioning” phase during pre-sales as a foundation for potential projects.
• Assist Account managers on budgeting and solutioning when preparing project proposal.
• Hands-on participation in Project deployment where required.
• Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.

• Excellent organizational and managerial abilities to handle resources assigned to the project.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English language is a must.
• Able to travel and be stationed overseas for an extended period.
