Main Job

• Event Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders to define event objectives, target audience, and overall theme. Creating detailed event plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Marketing Strategy: Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the event. This includes identifying target demographics, selecting appropriate marketing channels, and determining key messaging.
• Sponsorship & Partnerships: Identifying potential sponsors and partners to collaborate with for the event. Negotiating sponsorship deals and managing relationships to maximize exposure and support.
• Attendee Acquisition: Implementing strategies to attract and register attendees for the event.
• Event Promotion: Developing and executing promotional campaigns to create buzz and generate interest in the event. This can involve contests, giveaways, influencer partnerships, and online/offline advertising.
• Analytics & Evaluation: Collecting and analyzing data to measure the success of marketing efforts and make informed decisions for future events. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, registrations, and return on investment (ROI).

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is often required.
• Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role at least 3 years
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
• Have experience at bar & lounge (similar business like Ms Jackson)
• Party Goers & Love Music
• Adaptability & Problem Solving
• Has extensive connections to celebrities and group bands or singers
• Willing to work night shifts
