As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to the organization. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategic Job Advertising: Develop and implement effective job advertising strategies using job portals, social media, and targeted methods.
• Talent Sourcing and Mapping: Utilize tools and networks to proactively source and engage high-potential candidates.
• Streamlined Shortlisting and Interviews: Efficiently shortlist candidates and conduct thorough interviews.
• Hiring Decision Support: Provide valuable insights to Hiring Managers for informed hiring decisions.
• Salary Proposal and Negotiation: Structure competitive compensation packages and engage in negotiation.
• Comprehensive Hiring Reporting: Prepare and present regular hiring reports to the management team.
• Employer Branding and University Engagement: Engage with universities and job fair organizers for employer branding activities.

Requirements

• People person who has working experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist more than 2 years;
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and tools;
• Proficiency in salary negotiation and proposal
• Expertise in job advertising, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment;
• Proven experience in handling mass hiring and partnering with outsourcing vendors;
• Experience in employer branding and university engagement
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel & Power Point;
• Adaptability and proactive mindset;
• Fluent in English both verbal & written.
