Job Description:

·      Part of Motorola core team working on opportunities.

·      Value adds from a product/solution knowledge perspective

·      Understands Motorolas products and is involved in making presentations to end-customers

·      Involved in understanding customer requirements and proposing the right solution to the end customer

·      Works extensively with the partner to position the solution and demonstrate the same to the end customer.

·      Imparts periodic training to the partners to upgrade skills and focuses upon partner enablement to handle complex implementations

·      Helps position Motorolas core strategy with the end customers, talk about Motorolas solutions portfolio with the end customers/partners

·      Responsible for growing the market along with the business team

·      Co-ordinates technical support for projects being implemented by partners

·      Works with key regulatory agencies for necessary product approvals

Requirements:

·      A Bachelors of Engineering degree is required, having studied telecommunications

·      Seeking minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture.

·      Knowledge of telecommunications technologies

·      Strong general knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols and security is highly desirable.

·      Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

·      Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.

·      Attention to detail and a flawless execution mind-set.
