Job Description :

1. Lead Yokkes media relations efforts (including preparing press releases and press conferences)
2. Responsible for preparing and organizing BOD, BOC and related Committee meetings and agendas
3. Responsible for the availability of minutes of meeting of BOD, BOC and related Committees as well as monitoring their follow-up
4. Build and maintain good relationship with Yokkes stakeholders
5. Responsible for preparing the agenda and holding the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS)
6. Responsible for the periodic availability of Corporate Performance (Company Annual) Reports
7. Responsible for the availability of the draft Supervisory Report of the Board of Commissioners
8. Keep the confidentiality of documents, data, and information except in the context of fulfilling obligations in accordance with laws and regulations or required otherwise in legislation

Requirements:

1. 30-40 years old
2. Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
3. Proficiency in media writing skills
4. Proficiency in English both oral & written
5. Bachelor degree in Media/Business/Management from reputable university
6. Min 4 years experience in public relations, corporate communications and/or corporate secretary experience
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and project management skills
8. Well organize, well groomed, good planner, and high attention to detail
9. Possesses excellent communication skills that are needed in interactions with the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners as well as relevant government authorities, and commitment to a set of values which forms part of cultural identity of the Company
10. Good working ethics and initiatives
11. Effective multitasking skills.
