Responsibilities

• Create and optimise marketing materials to meet organisations marketing and branding strategy.
• Assist in developing, coordinating and executing in-house media and marketing activities through online media platforms such as live events, provide content and manage customer chats as well as offline events such as in-house demo activities.
• Conduct the copywriting in all promotion platforms needed.
• Engaging online and offline queries from retail customers and channel partners promptly.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to external channel partners - distributors such as joint presentations, field surveys, demo activities.
• Providing periodic marketing and sales reports on current market condition such as sales movement, marketing promotions and sales forecast.
• Refer qualified leads actively to channel partners as well as to source for new business channels partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Business, or related field.
• Working experience minimum 3 years as Digital Marketing, Communication Design Specialist.
• Good understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing), market research methods.
•  In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa and English).
• Highly Active, creative, and have the ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
