Lowongan Payroll Supervisor di PT Senopati Fujitrans Logistic Services

 Responsibilities: 

• Make sure remunerations are paid on time and in the right amounts, and compliance with Government rule and regulations and company regulation.
• Checking, verify and preparing for payroll payment, including check for in details for over time data and verified from site operation.
• Preparing employees compensation by the end of each month using XL
• Calculating bonuses and allowances
• Managing BPJS Health and BPJS Labor
• Calculating Income tax for Employee
• Preparing for annual SPT for employee.
• Report on payroll expenses
• Managing Medical Insurance
• Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions

 Requirements:

• Holds minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Economy or any related major
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience as Payroll staff
• Strong math and XL skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
• Time-management skills
• Good command in English (both spoken and written)
• Fluent in English, Ability to speak and/or write in Mandarin would plus point
• Working area at Kelapa Gading , North Jakarta.
