Responsibilities:

1. Arrange and coordinate End User Seminars/Webinars on product or educational presentation
2. Arange and coordinate exhibition or marketing event of the company
3. Generate sales lead for the sales team through marketing activities
4. Follow up customers via email and phone calls
5. Liaise with the designers for the production of promotional materials
6. Prepare and manage Social Media pages of the company
7. Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both brand and content
8. Track, measure and analyze all initiatives from company's social media accounts
9. Update through CRM software to identify leads based on marketing activities (e.g. exhibitions, seminars, social media, etc)
10. Maintain and grow an email list organically and manage this database to make Email Blast
11. Collect customer feedback on products and services.

Requirements

1. Age range: max. 30 years
2. Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably with marketing experience)
3. Fluent in English (written and oral)
4. Excellent in operating MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and meeting software (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom)
5. Familiar with social media
6. Excellent communication and presentation skill
7. Hard working, adaptable, and can work both in team and individually.
