Lowongan Senior Purchasing Staff di PT Jakarta Keramik

• Responsible to all purchase related documents and goods.
• Make sure the item purchased is in accordance with the PO and invoice.
• Review and check purchase price.
• Ensure all import documents compliance to government regulation and requirement.
• Provide daily and monthly report.
• Ensure all the invoices are filed neatly.
• Manage and Verify that all documentation to import policies and laws.
• Controling import shipment.
• Solving technical issues for loading and unloading.

Requirement

• Age 20 – 35 year(s) old.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any discipline, preferably from Management (Industrial or Economics) or Engineering.
• Required language(s): English, Indonesia.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge and skills of relevant process and procedures: procurement, negotiation, material supply and import.
• Problem solving oriented, analytical thinking and has an excellent communication and leadership.
• High intergrity and trustworthy.
• Willing to work in tight schedule and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS. Excel 
• Understand the administrative system in purchasing.
• Detailed oriented and meticulous.
• Understanding the NAV system takes precedence.
• Have good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Being able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage.
