Requirements :
- Candidate must have PPJK / Ahli Kepabeanan Certification
- Familiar and good with EDI system
- Have good connection with domestic shipping line
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics or related fields with 5 years of related experience in logistics, traffic and/or supply chain management
- Have the ability to handle customs documents, shipping, licensing, forwarders, insurance, communications, export and import, documentation, government regulations
- Must be familiar with the legal requirements regarding local and importing shipments, as well as their company's internal procedures
- Have licence/certificate for freight forwarder/management supply chain (PPJK certificate)
- Familiar with Customs System (Bea Cukai) & Export and Import Customs Process
- Able communicate with Customs officer
- Have knowledge about Freight Forwarding
- Have good knowledge in and able to operate Warehouse Management System module / Logistic system
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect delivery and services considering of cost efficiencies.
- Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
- Develop reports that identify lost savings opportunities across all logistics modes.
- Performs on various reports for analysis of transport costs, shipment volumes, carrier activity, warehouse handling, warehouse rent, return cost, dedicated, etc.
- Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
- Responsible for order management and overall logistic process until its received by end user
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes, and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
