Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok accounts. Responsible for all TikTok initiatives (live streaming, TikTok operation and content creation).
• Evaluate the performance of content created and growth of account, including but not limited to, number of likes, followers, comments, etc. 
• Identify the latest social media trends and implement these into a content strategy to attract views, engage with the audience and eventually to support sales goals.
• Leverage and optimize various kinds of user growth tools and incentives to drive user acquisition and engagement, for instance: promotion, flash sale, vouchers, ads, etc.
• Work along with the sales and marketing team to measure, review, and report back regularly on marketing activities and results to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Have min. 1 year of experience in being a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and live streaming projects on e-commerce platforms especially TikTok.
• Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social media, influencers, e-commerce, live streaming, and digital trends.
• Experience in creating strong and engaging content on Instagram and TikTok with proven results such as FYP and high number of likes/followers.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms.
• Required soft skills: time-management, content writing, communication (verbal and writing) skills.
