We are hiring a Brand Manager who is strategic, creative, and passionate in Mom & Baby Industry. If you are capable of brand management, good at you are the talent we need.

Job Responsibilities

• Translating brand strategy into the brand plan and go-to-market strategy
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of communications and media actions across all channels and platforms.
• Create an integrated marketing communications strategy to maximize assigned brand awareness by utilizing 360 offline and online channels and platforms
• Supervising and managing Brand Executives working for the brand
• Analyzing market trends, consumer insights, shopping behavior as well as competitor strategies
• Designing and supervising marketing content such as press releases, print, digital media, social media content, etc.
• Monitoring the performance of a brand through the OKR and KPI.
• Maintaining and growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree; with at least 5 years of brand management and marketing experience.
• Experienced in developing brand strategy through research and analysis to bring the brand to the right market.
• Strong execution and project-tracking skills
• Strong adaptability, brand forecast, and consumer-oriented.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must have a can-do attitude and be willing to work weekends if it is called for.
• Interest in Mom & Baby Industry
